The 2009 Men's Conference breakouts are designed to provide specific teaching on areas most critical to Christian Men. They are led by very gifted and knowledgable experts in these areas.

Leadership and Development

Wes Cantrell, Sr., retired Chairman and CEO of Lanier Worldwide, Inc., co-authored with James Lucas: High Performance Ethics which is comprehensive, gripping and practical and will help you attain focus that can change your life. High Performance Ethics shares 10 Timeless Principles for Next-Generation Leadership and the 21st Century Path to Success, all based on personal experience as a world-class leader.

Dan Dorner serves as the Senior Associate Pastor at FBCW. His responsibilities include staff administration as well as stewardship of all business and financial operations of the church.

Glenn Henderson (www.glennhenderson.com) is co-founder and CEO of AFC Worldwide Express, a $100M global transportation and logistics company. Prior to founding AFC, Glenn experienced two bankruptcies and emerged with biblical Rock Solid Principles leading to his living debt free and his company’s geometric growth. Glenn has developed and taught the Rock Solid Principles curriculum in collegiate settings as well as faith-based organizations across the country. He shares how God's influence through His Word has led to best practices, best in class and Rock Solid Principles for business and life. Jim Law is the Executive Pastor at FBCW. Among many duties as Pastor Johnny’s right arm, Jim directs the planning and execution of Pastor Johnny’s Timothy-Barnabas leadership conferences and many men's conferences. Jim is a man of Prayer! His life centers around prayer, and his loving but firm leadership reflects a testimony of one who depends upon the Lord.

Allan Taylor is the Senior Minister of Education at FBCW. He has led the development of the finest Sunday School organization we know of with literally hundreds of highly dedicated lay teachers who use their gifts weekly to build the Kingdom of God.

Tony Williams has been the Owner/Broker of REMAX Realty Group for over 20 years. He has been recognized as the Broker/Owner of the Year on two occasions and has been awarded the Humanitarian of the Year award by the local Board of Realtors. Tony has served multiple times as Chairman of FBCW key committees: Trustees, Deacons, Personnel and Finance. He is Founder of Heart to Help Ministries, Trustee and Executive Committee member of Tennessee Temple University, and Past Chairman of the Global Focus Ministries Board of Directors. Tony speaks frequently on Workplace Ministry opportunities and issues and on the role of the Deacon in the New Testament Church.

Marriage & Family

Rick Bellerjeau is a business leader and entrepreneur. Rick has been a lead teacher for years, specializing in dealing with worldly pitfalls while rearing Godly children. Rick has a great passion for helping men be the husbands and fathers God wants them to be.

Wes Cantrell, Jr. is the Director of Adult I and II Education Ministries at FBCW. He grew up in a Christian home led by one of America’s premier Fortune 500 business leaders and a mom who has authored books and is a world class teacher in the area of rearing Godly children. Wes’ home and ministry experiences are a rich source for building a Christian home.

James Eubanks is a Certified Pastoral Counselor and serves as the Director of the Pastoral Counseling Ministry of FBCW. In this role, James oversees the church’s counseling center and provides counseling for men’s issues, sexual addiction and marital counseling. James also co-leads the City of Refuge and has extensive experience in counseling pastors, ministry leaders and their families. James’ passion is to use Biblical principles to assist pastors and laymen become free from bondage, as well as to avoid the snares that can destroy any Christian home or ministry.

Dr. Steve Hale has been a vocational evangelist for 30 years, having spent the last 15 years as a Staff Evangelist at FBCW. America is in the midst of an unprecedented moral freefall that threatens our very survival. Dr. Hale’s book, Truth Decay, exposes how America has exchanged God's Truth for the lie, as described in Romans 1:15.

Bob Harvell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Pastoral Counseling Center at FBCW. He specializes in Marriage Counseling and leading Counselees to problem solve, communicate effectively, and create intimacy in order to “breathe new life” into their marriages.

Dennis Nunn is a Staff Evangelist at FBCW. He is Founder and President of Living the New Life Ministries (www.livingthenewlife.org). Dennis has served for over 30 years as a pastor, revivalist, evangelist and Bible teacher. He has spoken in hundreds of churches across America to groups ranging in size from dozens to thousands. A veteran instructor for Walk Thru the Bible Ministries, Dennis twice received the President's Award as Walk Thru's #1 rated instructor. Dennis’ main focus is Churchwide Evangelism Training. He also teaches Parenting, Senior Adult and Men's Conferences.

Vic Smith is a Certified Biblical Counselor and Ordained Minister and is a former Chairman of Deacons at FBCW. He is the founder of Abiding Word Ministries, a Biblical Counseling Ministry. Vic bases all counseling on Biblical Principles and has a God given gift for connection with men.

Dr. Jerry White is an Ordained Minister and Licensed Professional Counselor with the Pastoral Counseling Center at FBCW. He has extensive ministry experience as an associate pastor, worship leader, and pastoral counselor. He teaches biblical principles that help men become more Christ-like and more effective in their roles as husbands, fathers and ministers.

Spiritual Growth / Obedience

Roy Blankenship is the founding pastor of the Pastoral Counseling Ministry and is currently the Senior Minister of Pastoral Counseling at FBCW where he oversees all of the counseling ministries of the church. Roy is the Executive Director of The HopeQuest Ministry Group - a not-for-profit ministry that helps men and women find freedom from life-dominating issues related to alcohol, substance abuse, and sexual brokenness. HopeQuest offers a variety of resources including a residential program as well as various support and personal growth groups. Since 2003, Roy has served on the Board of Directors for Exodus International, and is currently serving in the capacity of Corporate Secretary. A devoted scholar, compassionate visionary, and gifted counselor, Roy’s great passion is to see people freed to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. holds.

Eddie Hobbs is the Director of Stewardship Ministries at FBCW. Eddie spent more than 25 years in Banking helping people get into debt. Now God’s call is for Eddie to assist God’s people in getting out of debt and learning to live within their means. Eddie’s approach to personal Stewardship is unique. He emphasizes that Biblical Stewardship is more about the heart of the Steward seeking unity with God’s purpose and becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ than about specific financial decisions. He develops Church training materials and helps other churches begin their own Financial Counseling and Stewardship Ministry.

Steve Hyland has worked for Coca-Cola North America in Marketing for over 26 years. He is the co-founder of the Coca-Cola Christian Fellowship where he encourages believers to apply their faith daily in the workplace. Steve is a former Chairman of deacons at FBCW and is now serving in the FBCW prayer ministry, as a Deacon, and as a Sunday School Teacher to High School boys. His passion is in the areas of prayer and workplace ministry that seek to expand the kingdom of God.

Danny Singleton is the Minister of Missions and former Director of Men’s Ministries at FBCW. Danny has a passion for helping men, and God uses him around the country in leading Men’s Conferences. God has given Danny a unique gift to be able to ail the light of God’s Word directly at the heart of a man so that the Holy Spirit convicts and changes.

Chris Tuttle is a highly talented Men’s Sunday School Teacher at FBCW. His emphasis is how holiness impacts the Christian life as men learn the differences in God’s provisions versus the Christian’s responsibilities. Chris encourages men to be “dead to sin, and alive to God?”

Men’s Ministry

Daryel O’Barr is a Staff Evangelist at FBCW. Prior to entering vocational evangelism, Daryel served as Pastor for over 30 years in Georgia and Louisiana. He is the founder and president of Drawing The Net Ministries (www.drawingthenet.org). He travels the United States and abroad leading Revivals and Conferences in churches of all sizes. His dynamic testimony of never knowing his earthly father, having been raised by an alcoholic step-father, discovering the love and acceptance of the Heavenly Father and then being the father to a prodigal son provides opportunity to speak truth into the hearts of men in a very passionate way.

Sid Woodruff, in recent years, has been the Men's Ministry & Deacons’ Ministry Specialist at LifeWay Christian Resources. He is an expert in providing the resources for and in developing effective ministries to men and with deacons. Sid will conduct two separate Breakout sessions [one on Friday Night and another on Saturday Morning]:

Rick Young and Matt Lawson lead the Student Ministry at FBCW. Rick is the Middle School Pastor, and Matt is the High School Pastor. They partner to encourage students to live passionate lives for Jesus and to remain sexually pure until marriage.

Singles [Friday Night Only]

Steve Gillis is the Minister to College and Single Adults at FBCW. He encourages his charges to use biblical principles for developing love and running from lust in order to build truly Godly relationships.

Spanish [Friday Night Only]

Daniel Santander is the Spanish Pastor at FBCW. Daniel leads our Spanish Church and various Spanish outreaches and ministries in our community.
